Not a bad price for a little 3" build. Looks like you didn't list your props though.

Great, just let me know if you have any problems in the future.

Whiffles   Jun 22, 2016

Just noticed you're missing 3 ESCs as well.

Neat little frame! Curious what the end product weighs in dry, or what it'd weigh in at with more appropriate for the class 1306/1407 sized motors.

We used 2300KV with BN 3" props and 4cell battery. Flies great! slower KV is recommended when going up to 4cells and BN props. Especially 3" tri-blades.

3" Triblade BN Props still have far less Thrust & Amp Draw then 5" and 5" on 2300kv seems to be a really good setup

I really doubt these lower KV motors come anywhere close to the same realm as some of the more common 1306/1407 KV combinations, particularly on better props. I'd be curious to see the numbers, but Idk if it'll be in the ballpark of the RX3040T's on say 1306 3100kv 4s. 3100Kv in the 3" realm is what I'd consider your lower KV option for 4S. I'm sure these suckers will be plenty efficient, though! :p

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
