That's up to you but yes the Quanums are the way to go for the best value. Another even cheaper option is to make a set yourself with a fresnal lens, a ski mask and a 4in or 5in car back up monitor.
I got them in the mail and went to watch a race with them. So far after using them i can say i like them. for the price they are amazing. i tired my friends cheaper FatSharks and they blow them out of the water. i got the advice to stay away from the cheaper Fatshark stuff and im glad i did. i hope to get the chance to try some of the higher end FatSharks but i dont see a reason to upgrade any time soon. id rather build a ground station first. maybe try my hand at making my own antennas.
Really great price!
I see you aren't including any goggles or screen, do you recommend the Quantum V2 goggles?

I wear glasses, think that would be an issue?
My vision isn't that bad without glasses but still.... Not great.
Apparently the Quanum V2s work just fine while wearing glasses. That's one of the pros vs the V1s.
What do you recommend 200mw or 600mw FPV? Not sure...
I think 200mw is the standard. Some people say 600mw will clobber other 200mw signals when flying in groups.
32ch vtx and rx, will give you a better chance of avoiding other channels and harmonics thereof. Some receivers may be worse than others at rejecting out-of-band interference ;) Here's a chart for printing: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1seKwTWO-VnA19fcMqg7BJsiWQrwZdXbW6vQnCpMv8-E/edit?pref=2&pli=1
