My first build outside of a basic beginners LS-210 Frame, so I decided to step it up with some upgraded parts. The frame is a Dragon HX5 chameleon style frame. The motors are actually EMAX RSII 2306 2300kv(not listed). With the DalRC 4in1 ESC paired with a Helio Spring IMU-F flight controller. A capacitor on the esc is behind the camera. On the multi-rotor is the Runcam Sparrow v2 Pro(not listed). The camera is held in place with a camera mount made for the smaller sparrow v2 camera sold by RaceDayQuads. I have the motors soft mounted with some basic tpu mounts held in with Loc-Tite. The receiver is an X4R-SB and vtx is an Eachine 526 mounted on the bottom of the quad with a Foxeer pagoda pro antennas.

I need to really get this out and test it asap. Doing a battery check everything runs with no issues. The Runcam Sparrow v2 Pro fpv feed looks simply amazing. Much improved picture over the swift 2 and even the micro swift 3. Cannot wait to get my Fatshark HDO to see just how good that fpv can really get. I wanted to put the battery cable near the front of the craft just to see how it does. I think mainly its because of the Tattu R-Lines shorter battery leads. I did have to remap the motors and used BLHeli Suite. While I was there I updated the esc firmware and changed direction on a couple of motors. This is my first go around with the DalRC Engine 4in1 and have heard there are some issues with this esc. I hope updating the esc may solve the issue but only time will tell.

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
