3s 1304 hq3x2

not thing new. just a usual toothpick style setup.
i make this post for someone who is new to fpv and don't know how to set up betaflight and want to try this build.

it's more responsive than 3s 1105.
i like gf3025 and gf2540 props more than hq3x2
but 1304 can spin up hq3x2 very quickly and some people might like that.

16awg wires for pigtail and battery lead: good for power loops.

my pid is not good but flyable. ( it's in the picture ) ( i use all props, hq3x2, gf2540, gf3025 and avan 3", with the same PID )
i copied setting from betaflight community presets and changed PID a bit.

80g dry.

you can't tell from the video but it has good control.

in the dvr the flydynamics looks nice with the hq to me, intressted to compare with a dvr of the gemfan 3020x2

would be nice, i like to see everything :-)

i am still try to understand how pitch and prop shape affect, i guess sometimes the pitch doesnt display all flydynamics. some props have good flydynamics over the hole rpms, some on a specific and it allways depends on the hole settup weight, power, motor....
its fun to explore, but not realy understandable for me...
as example the azure 5050biblade feel like a triblade, eat amps like a triblade bit it isnt... it seems to me pitch and bladenumbers is only a part of the aerodynamics of a prop.

last days i tried the hq2535 triblade on a 1s build with 1104, its a nice prop. probably something to try for you aswell? if you try, a dvr would be nice, have a look how they lerform on high rpms.

@ hilo4321 propellers create turbulence at the tips when spinning. and if your frame is too small, propellers barely missing each other. propellers would interfere each other which make quads feel unsmooth and slight bit slower. and when you use big batteries that they hang out too much underneath. that would give you the same problem. so give those propellers some room so they would work better.
