DIY Freestyle - First real Quad

First 'real' Quad i want to build. I want to Order all Parts from Banggood.com. I dont want my first Quad to be so expensive that i am to careful, but on the other Side i dont want to be unable to do something because its to Cheap.

The build will be used for some light Racing and mostly Acro. I want a quad that i can grow on - The Runcam 3 should be Mounted on Top.

Questions i Have at the Moment:

Would a Runcam Split be seeing the Frame in the Martian ?
Are the Motors/Props OK for 4s ?
Is the Controller able to run at 32 Khz and does this make a difference
What Gauge cable should i use ?
