Since the winter days are so short I wanted to do a clone of ACROBORGS eclair with the Runcam owl. Waiting on the owl I subed the micro arrow for the time being. It's coming in at 111 grams AUW, kinda bummed about that, thought I could get it closer to 100. So far I haven't been able to get a good maiden just some hovering and short punches in the house. Hopefully the Rotorx 1404's will provide a decent experience, iv'e been used to the massive power of the BH 1407's. Overall I think it's a clean little build. The one thing I really like is the DTX-03, the dvr recording is much better than the Fatshark dvr.

I dig the backpack! Did you design it? If so, any chance you could upload it to Thingiverse? Thanks!

No I did not design the backpack. A member of thingiverse named Acroborg did and it is up. posted as Airblade eclair v2 ninja mission. Albert Kim did the same build and has a vid posted. The Dtx-03 is so awesome I wish I could fit it in more of my micro's.

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
