Aha another similar build I have to you. Give these props a go if you want to let your motors run out a little more on 3s, worked really well for me:

RS1106 6000kv with KK 2840 props have no problems. I have some 3025 props but I'm testing rx2535 before
I wasnt aware that the leader 120 could fit 3 inch props. isnt 2.8 max on this frame?
dead right, they have been trimmed abouy 3mm
Do you guys have any links for a good prop trimming setup? I've got a TON of 3 inch props id like to trim down for my 2.5inch babyhawk r. I've been hesitant to trim them because I dont want to half ass it and get bad vibrations.
