Hello Nice setup... Did you replace burnt ESc buy Dys again ? How did you wire the fc and 4in1 ESC to get current sensing ? Any foto will help :) cheers
Yes, I replaced the esc with the same one, I like the way the DYS F4 uses pins to plug into it. Very clean. To wire it for current sensing, I removed the xt60 lead from the esc, and soldered vbat and ground from the flight controller to the pads where the xt60 was. I put the leads between the boards to keep it clean. If you cannot tell in the pictures, I'll post more.
Would you say the esc failed because of voltage or current? I've just bought that esc and was hoping to run 6s in the future. (My motors wont pull over 35A max on 6s)
There isnt a 4 in 1 yet capable of withstanding 6s in my expereince.. ive looked.. might get few flights like dys 4 in 1.. but it wont last.. mine desoldered bunch of chips and xt60.. clean desolder. Just cause its rated 6s dont mean nothing. They never last more then few flights maybe.. or bust on lipo connecting.
Update: dys 30amp 4-in-1 did not survive the first 6s battery! Current sensing capability added with rebuild.

Definitely because of voltage. Cannot handle 6s. Wish I had seen this video sooner.
