How do you like those motors? Are they worth it?

I just installed them together with the new ESC last week and I'm currently having rolls of death, so I can't tell you anything yet.

So today I got a bit of time to test this rebuild quad, after switching out the Little Bee ESC for the X-Racer Quadrants, since couldn't get the Little Bees to work. Its now definitely a beast and it feels somehow better, then with the T-Motor F40 II that I had before. I can do instant flips without loosing any height and it was pretty stable without any PID tuning despite the strong wind I had.
That being said I think the TBS Mr. Steele are great for acro quads such as this one, but for racing you'll want to get other motors. The TBS don't have the quite punch at full throttle like the F40 II. I'm sure the F40 II would work better on a lighter frame, something with below 100gram. Maybe I'll use them in the future for a racing quad, I think have even enough parts now, would just need a frame :P

Btw: I'm just talking out of the little experience & knowledge I have, so don't take anything I wrote for granted. I've been only flying for about a 3/4 year.
