I wanted a sub-250 gram quad that would be quiet enough to fly around various areas without being disruptive. After trying various mock-ups and calculating weights, I settled on the Tiny Trainer with the HD kit. This also gave me a chance to try out the Caddx Nebula Pro, Xing2 motors, and the BetaFPV AIO V4. Flight time is a conservative three minutes on a CNHL 3S 550 mAh. I'm not an aggressive flyer, but I hope I can get more practice in with this in the fleet now.

The HD kit five33 sells is what helped me settle on this frame. At first, I couldn't figure out how to mount the Caddx Air Unit over the stack, but I finally figured out that the kit includes screws so that you mount the unit from underneath the top plate (not my brightest moment).

AUW: ~180 grams
Without Batter: ~130 grams

The canopy is courtesy of jaybo_fpv and works well! I snipped the insta360 mounts off the top since I don't have one. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4679552

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
