It was a little tought to mount the Mamba stack into the APEX frame, had to trim down the M2 Screws so it sit flush on the carbon. Went over 250g but works fantastic on stock pids. Time for filter tune and pid tune although i haven't looked at blackbox logs yet and i feel i can probably stop at filter tuning. Running 1300 mah for not until my 650's arrive. Flies amazing at 360g so should be even better with a lighter battery.

Interesting! How is the noise with the extra prop blades? I'm looking to build a 4" Apex and I'd love to get it a fair bit quieter than my 5" - do you think the 8 blades are worth playing with?

Either way, really nice build! Happy flying :-D

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
