I have 2 quads with those F60 motors. The 2200kv runs 6x4.5x3 on 4S, and amazingly the 2450kv runs 5x4x4 on 4S or 5S comfortably. Its power is just insano. Best thing though is lower throttle control, they seem to be really good at lower control speeds while still having crazy top end. LOVE them. I will say though that these engines for me killed many cheap batteries, while any brand of graphene (Hobbyking, Lumenier, DefianceRC 5S graphene) and the Tattu line held up well. They really killed HV batteries fast though, both Bolt and Lumeneir.
I'll be running Tattu Racing Edition batteries. Do you think they'll hold up? I'm considering going a little easy on the props to try to preserve my batteries. I just updated my prop choices above to reflect that. I was going to go with RK 5040s, but I've heard those puff batteries on these motors.
I found little difference in 5x4x4 or 5x4x3 on puff power. Tattu batteries are the only non-graphene battery to last so far, nice choice. I am not sure about Racing Edition versions, but I did learn this - HV batteries died the fastest, both the average HK Bolts and the very spectacular Lumenier HVs, those didn't last 20 flights. Apparently it went HV --> normal --> graphene in terms of longevity on these engines, with the graphene still all totally fine somehow after three times as many flights.

"Puff power" :)
Glad to hear the Tattus are holding up. What are your favorite props for these motors?
5x4x4 by far.
Did you try Thunder Power Adrenalines? I'm assuming they puffed.
Nope, if I recall those are the ones that Mr. Steele uses, and they were shockingly overpriced.
