I've wanted to try a frame from Avant quads, I think their style's pretty nice. I had these BH motors leftover from my first build, a 3" that wasn't so great. Turns out they turn 4" props great! It's got decent speed, immaculate agility, and it's as smooth as can be at any throttle range with stock tunes, just went dynamic filter on BF and turned off both notches.
Dry weight is 122g. The 700mah graphenes from pyro give good response, and keep the weight below 250g, good for 2-3 minutes of semi-aggressive flying and are my go to. I also use 850 4s lumenieres for a bit more flight time and punch. I also tested a CHL 650 4s, and was surprised at how much punch I got out of it. Gonna have to see how that holds up, cause I'm pretty impressed so far!
I used the BH motors cause I had them, but if I were buying new, I'd look at rcinpower's 1506 3400kvs, they get more thrust on bench tests, and the sweet metallic blue matches the paint job :)

It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
