I got the idea from JonE5FPV and his vista mod of the 2.5" massive droner ( https://youtu.be/LEYaoj9k_Oc?si=TaL5-0ObGrE_2Wgx ) . I said I'd post my version of the build, so here it is. I didn't have to make any changes to the frame, no part of the vtx touches the frame, and the vtx is mounted securely. This build's AUW is 236g, with: GEPRC Peano 5.8G Antenna, Flywoo nano gps w/compass, Speedybee usb-c module, JHE20B Quad Finder LED Buzzer Beacon w/ Internal Battery, 72.5g GNB 3s, a 14g skid plate for the battery, the 3D print antenna mount, and a very long power cable; so yes it could be lighter, as I'm sure other vtx systems would also be without changing the rest of the build as presented. The black & green zip ties are holding and protecting the gps module. Building and flying these machines is therapeutic for me.
