I don't want to waste your time, so will be very quick, I have swapped the AIO over w the same motors, tonight I will LOAD the DIFF I can see you provide, however I would have thought it would at least lift off, w the old tune, so I expect I have missed something basic, I am a bit new, but I have checked the motors direction in betaflight and prop direction and its looks correct it even looks same direction as yours, it was left stock in my case, I will go over everthing again, but wow, what a ledgend for offeing to help!! one motor did look like it was not spinning up, as good so swapped it out....more soon, I left the word on the build site for others to see if needed...;)

So turns out, the motor direction was wrong, and I change the magnets on the motor to 14, we have lift off!!! now to use your tune, thx again for helping!

Ok, that's great! Not sure what motors you use but double check your magnet poles. Should maybe just have 12.

I 100% could be wrong, I read, Rcinpower 1202 likely has 14 poles, Happymodel 0702 likely has 12 poles. on betaflight it says, count the magnets, not stator slots, so I changed it to 14, given the same motors used as yourself, what is your motor pole setting in BF?? I know its only for RPM filtering, but still keen to get it all correct....:)

No issue with the ESCs. I now have two of these same setups and have flown 50+ flights pushing them hard. As noted in my comments, I've built many of these Babytooths with the same configurations. I have a few that I've flown many hundreds (maybe thousands) of flights with the 1s 5amp ESCs and they are fine. I've personally never blown an esc on this setup.

awesome news im sending it then! as far as the tune goes are you running whats already on the aio or do you have one? i literally have this exact build same frame, motors, props and all. i just have everything soldered up to the betafpv aio but im swapping it to the aio 5 now.

i have not changed the props but i have not crashed either and they look perfectly straight. im on the factory tune though.

Also, how do you like XT30. I am using BT2.0 because better batteries are available and I think additional weight may cancel out XT30 performance. Do you see a difference?

I've always used XT30 as I have a ton of GNB 550 1s batteries with XT30. BT2.0 should be fine.
