I won these motors on a RMRC giveaway so I built the rest of this 4s 7" beast around them. It's my first 7" quad so I'm sure tuning will be a challenge. Hopefully Butterflight and the Helio Spring will do some of the hard work for me :)

How was the maiden? As far as range, did it get some distance without a Crossfire or R9 setup?

It went well. I didn't push the range yet. I just wanted to make sure the motors came down cool (they did). Needs a bit of tuning but no mid throttle oscillations at all so I'm happy at this point.
