4mm. Have you tried 3mm? What material are the screws made off? Steel? IF the machine would be lighter alu screws would be perfect and further lower the weight. I am just saying this becouse this frame (like all of your miracles) looks freaking bad ass. What are the imensions between front and back screws on the bottom plate? If those are 2cm (shorter dimension) and 5,9 cm (longer dimension) I would have an interesting canopy option for it :)
