Last year I wanted to build something lightweight using the cheapest parts I could find. The ultimate goal was to have total price below 50 euro.

Price tags for other parts at the moment of purchase (last year mostly):

  • Flight controller 12.56 euro
  • ESC 12.06 euro
  • Motors 9.60 euro
  • Propellers 3.75 euro
  • Camera + VTX 12.43 euro
  • Receiver 6.61 euro

The actual total price is 57.01 euro.

The frame is 3D printed using some basic PLA.

Dry weight is 77 grams.

Flight time with 3s 650mAh battery is about 14 minutes.
