I'm super excited to finally be able to share this build! We've been working on this design for almost a year, and so much thought and care went into making it what it is. There are some similarties in the core design to the Bardwell Edition, but tnterestingly enough we started with the design for the Johnny first and the Bardwell was adapted based on his needs to simplify and lighten things. Obviously we had different base starting points for the core design, but the camera cages etc, are all a completely unique design flow. Rortunately there wasn't near as much necessary for the Bardwell design, hence it hitting the market first. The JohnnyFPV edition definitely took a lot more work to refine with the back end design, all the mounting options, and making sure the O3 damping was exactly where we wanted it. The 6mm arms are a big upgrade in terms of durability and stiffness of the frame, especialy when combined with the X-lock system. This thing is an absolute monster. I've been flying prototypes now for about 6 months or so, and it has taken everything I have thrown at it it flies absolutely amazing.

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
