After lurking for a while, I went ahead and bought a knock off kit (from eBay) that included:

  • Frame
  • Motors
  • ESCs
  • PDB
  • CC3D Flight Controller

The aim was to spend as little as possible to allow for as much practice as possible. I have had to independently find each of the ESCs and Motors, but the frame is a ZMR 250 V1. The aim is to go FPV in the future, but I am currently getting used to LOS flying.

With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
