Th3 Reap3r..

I call this Th3 Reap3r.

Rotaro Mjölnir 2308-2600kv.. Insanity on 4S, ridiculous on 6S! Bolted onto the Rotaro ReaperBago, a 44gram "twig frame" with 30A Aikons & 35V-370uF caps tucked neatly away under the arms to reduce surface area.

Surprisingly, this seemingly flimsy thing is holding together quite well... considering.. and has brushed off apex speeds into metal poles more than once.

Rated for 1kW each, these Mjölnirs go fast no matter what we throw at them. 5x4x3, 5x4x4, 5x45x3hbn, 5046 Cyclone, 5051's, APC5x4.3, even hq5045 and 5045hbn.

5046 Cyclone on 6s.. is unreal..

This kind of power does not come for free, yet the Ultras and R-lines handle it just fine, even on the heavier props.

Since it'll drain your battery dry in less than 60 seconds if you let it, it's nice to have a way to monitor the volts and amps.
This thing is putting the 184A rated HubOSD to the test.

284g without battery. Could probably do with a little less tape :P

Still in the process of taming this one... please ignore the treechunks.

Would you say 35v capacitors are enough for 6s? trying to build something with these motors too and would like to have it be 6s capable.

Daaaaaaaaaamn! This thing must be crazy! Is there any more data available around the Mjolnir motor's performance numbers? I'm curious about the actual amp draw and interesting that they're rated for 1kW of power!

Oh it is :D Way too fast for me still.. But getting there.

Hopefully we'll get some results from MQTB soon.. If I get lucky I get to test them before that. A fellow fpv'er mentioned he has access to some real test equipment. Would be interesting to see the numbers.

If the weather allows it today, I'll pop on a gps and see just how fast it really is.
