I see the F80 2200's on sale for $19. People say they're to heavy for a 5" build but I'm having a hard time buying a lower Kv motor which is also lighter for the same or more money. I will be running 6S and figured I can adjust throttle ratio in Betaflight. I then read these are really linear and not to much power on the bottom so Freestyle could have precision. So ... do you think I should get these or find some other motor?

What are you doing for power distribution? Can't imagine that a standard PDB could handle that current. Also, some of the articles that I read said that prototypes burst into flames. What went up? Motor, ESC?

No PDB – We daisy chained the ESCs with copper wire. Pololu was used for regulation.

6s was the biggest I could find on rotorbuilds.com – we used a 10S 1300mah R-Line Tattu for our top run.

what was the video recored with? cant see anywhere to mount a gopro and would have thought it would slow it down a lot carrying a camera
