This is a quad built upon a custom frame I have designed. The arms are 4x8mm. Top and bottom plates are both 2mm.

Weight:
Without pod or hardware (carbon fiber): 42.646g
Frame weight with pod (TPU), but without hardware: 56.416g (assuming 100% infill. Real number is likely lower)
Fasteners used:
4x 25mm button head screw (Titanium)
4x 16mm button head screw (Titanium)
8x nylock nuts (Al)
Total frame weight: <68g (6” Merica weighs 76g w/ aluminum screws)
2x 10mm Aluminum screw per motor (not included in frame weight for comparison purposes)

<275g w/o battery
<500g w/ battery

~7000g peak thrust

Still have yet to maiden the thing. Should be a beast!
