I smashed my SplitMiniShark into a sign and crushed the lens and sensor housing. Runcam was really nice about mailing me just the orange plastic bits for $8 even though they don’t list them on site. I was going to just fix the SplitMiniShark, but around the same time I saw the CADDX Turtlet, and was intrigued. I also had some other things I wanted to try out, so I decided to put them all on this build. Between this and the SplitMiniShark, I’ve used R9Mini, Slim, and Slim+ with every possible combination of stock, T, and PCB antennas. I’m sticking with the T/PCB combo for the best balance of signal, durability, and of course looks. ;) Dual XF-Race antennas worked really well for neighborhood penetration and general freestyle derping.

Everything but the frame(though they do carry it) and TBS antennas came from RDQ. I love that place :)

Some test footage of the Turtlet. It arrived out of focus and I still haven't got it just right. Also still tuning this, it flies smoother with the rotorx props.
