This is my "long range" 10' quad with 2 axis servo gimbal.
Firmware is Inav2 and it features staliblized flights, RTH & autonomous missions.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

Awesome build. You like your frame? what diameter are the carbon fiber tubes? I did a similar build with iNav and the same motors(2 extra), but a 3000mah batt. What kind of flight times are you getting with 6000mah? My build. https://rotorbuilds.com/build/15250
hi,
carbon tube are 14/16mm
with 6000mah, i ger 16 minutes flight time .
Thanks. I wish I had gone that thick on booms for greater strength. 16 minutes seems short though. At least less than I would have expected. I wonder if its the all up weight, or the batteries are misrepresented... Only thing I can see, is I am using 10x4.5 apc props. They are nice and rigid. Maybe they are more efficient, or maybe because I am a hex there is less draw for thrust... Definitely cheap enough you should give them a try and see if you can't squeeze a couple more minutes out of it.
