PIG rebuilt (Armattan Japalura)

[17-JUN-2019] After the test flight, the Tower-S is not very compatible with the new FC, so I rebuilt again using the Matek F405 and Airbot Ori32 ESC, and now everything works fine.

My first Pig (see my older build) was built by my good friend Boney. The PIG is getting old - the original FlyColor Tower-S F3 and the OSD is too troublesome to configure. So, I decided to upgrade the PIG with minimum investment.

In the Pictures, you can see that I keep the Tower-S BLHeli_S ESC which is still good to go. I basically keep all my old components except a new FC Mateksys F405 STD.

To accommodate the F405, I have to depin the ESC and solder all the ESC signal wires directly on the FC. Enjoy this build, I am very satisfied with the result and this will be one of my go-to quad (because I won’t mind to crash this old good pig with a new brain and heart).

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
