Here is the wiring I used for the components in this build. I did not show the 4-in-1 60A ESC as that is just the ribbon cable between it and the FC along with the 4 motors. I setup the aux switch (AUX 3 on my Taranis QX7, which in Betaflight is aux 2 (they number in betaflight 0, 1, 2, etc instead of 1,2,3, etc)

I am running betaflight 4.1.x and the latest BLHeli32 that allows for RPM filtering.
