my new racing frame has been developed to the point of been put into production.. on sale exclusively at https://www.phaserfpv.com.au in Australia.
the quad is a 20x20 only racing frame with an muliti part tool free pod system and an arm lock up plate to allow a proper one bolt system and a range of arm configurations when you build it. Its got 2.5mm sandwich plates either side of a 5mm arms thats 7.9mm wide at the narrowest part, this means the core of the airframe is super stiff and has a super clean noise profile allowing a nice lean filter tune. The frame is cut here in Australia, comes with a full stainless steel bolt kit that includes spares and 3 lock plates for a hybid, long X or squish build..
As a well developed racer it also comes with a really tight tune if its built to spec and by spec i mean flight controller.. right now there are a few 20x20 f7 flight controllers that stand above the rest in terms of gyro noise and in my testing ive found motor/ESC and prop combos are pretty irrelevant as long as your using really modern racing props ( in other words no Dal cyclons or other older designs )

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
