This article I will tell you all the equipment used in the autonomous HD traversing machine, and how to put them together to go.

The tutorial officially begins, this time hand to hand with everyone to assemble a high-definition FPV traversing machine, which is a set of five-inch aerial traversing machine, can be used to shoot smooth or extreme aerial video works. First of all, I would like to briefly introduce the full set of configuration flight controller, I choose the F7. F7 flight control electronic governor I choose the flight control supporting 45A four in one ESC, motor I choose the MEPS 23061950KV 6S motor, map and camera I choose the DJI sky end, the receiver is the black sheep SE nano, rack I choose the flower bone dragon sector The frame, and the aircraft 6S power battery, and the aircraft propeller, this is the aircraft end of all the equipment.

Then we look at the ground side of the equipment, this is DJI FPV glasses headgear behind a separate Tyson battery pack to power the glasses. The remote control is ET16 with Black Sheep HF head, this is all the equipment on the ground side.

First of all, we take out the rack and four motors, screw the four motors in turn on the arm, screw the motor when the screws do not top to the motor coil. After fixing the motor, use acetate tape to tie the motor wire to the wall to prevent the motor wire from moving around and being hit by the paddle liquid, so that the four motors are fixed.

Then take out the ESC, the power line and capacitor welding on the red positive solder in the plus pad, black negative solder in the minus pad, the same capacitor with a bar is the black negative, negative solder in the minus pad on the other side, positive solder in the plus pad. Then the motor pad meets the suction, so that the ESC is soldered.

Then the ESC on the rack up, the electrical side of the bar facing upward, with the socket this end towards the direction of the head, so that the later will not have to adjust the order of the electrical bar.

After the placement we measure the length of the motor wire, so that the motor wire can reach the motor pads in turn, and then cut off the excess motor wire, electrode wire length cut and then the electrode wire to meet the suction, all pads and wires before welding are to meet the suction, and then the motor wire is welded to the pads in turn. Motor line welding does not need to pay attention to the order, because the motor steering can be adjusted by the software later. Well, so that all four motors motor line welded!

Next we weld the flight control, first we weld the DJI sky end to the flight control. According to the official wiring diagram, we need to solder these pads on the DJI sky end, GND, 10 volt, T6, R6, and this GND, and this R3 port below. Now, DJI's sky end and flying air are soldered, you must follow the official instructions to wiring, do not connect wrong. After soldering, pull off the sky line, the line is recommended to be cut to the right length, here I will not cut.

Next we solder the black sheep receiver on the fly control, also according to the official instructions, the receiver we need to weld T2, R2, 5v, GND, four solder joints, first four pads pre-tin, black negative solder to the fly control GND solder joints, red positive solder to the fly control 5v solder joints, CH1 solder to the fly control RX2, CH2 solder to the fly control TX2, so the black sheep receiver is also soldered Finished, and then use the heat-shrinkable tube to the receiver set up.

Next, the flight control is also installed to the rack, placed before the need for electric appropriate height of the rubber column, so that the flight control in a suspended state, ESC and flight control can not have any squeeze between, pay attention to the direction of the flight control arrow pointing to the nose, there are arrows on this side of the placement, and then use the nuts to the flight control and ESC fixed, and then the flight control side of the line plugged in, so that the tower is installed.
