HDZero Freestyle v2 1W VTX finally became available in EU shops and I had a Happymodel "no VTX" Mobula8 03 Lite 2S BNF ELRS 2.4G kit waiting for this build. Already have Mobula8 one with 200mW HDZero Whoop Lite VTX, but why not have another and also overdo it with 1W VTX, right?

A very simple build really if you have the Mobula8 kit with the 03 VTX mount all the relevant parts from the kit.
I had to do some minor cutting on the 03 VTX mount to clear the cable ports and to make a slot for the antenna.
I used M2 silicon O-rings on top of the VTX to give a little spacing as there are some plastic notches to clear this way or to cuto away.
Attached the VTX with 20mm 2M nylon bolts and 2M nylon nuts. 18mm M2 bolts would be enough as I cut then shorter afterwards despite there being plenty of clearance below the VTX.
I used the HDZero Micro Camera V2 since I have not tried it yet, but I will likely swap to HDZero Nano 90 later to reduce the weight. Maybe top & bottom VTX aluminum casing should also later come off for weight saving while keeping the middle aluminum piece (middle piece takes away most of the heat as per Mad Tech video on VTX thermals and also probably best kept for strenght)
A red short TrueRC Singularity U.FL 5.8GHz RHCP antenna seemed like a perfect color and size match.
PS! Make sure to re-order the pins of the FC side connector of the cable supplied with the Freestyle v2 VTX as the connector is in reverse order as it comes!
I looped the wire under and then over the FC to ensure that it could not get in the way of props and that was pretty much it on the mechanical side of things.
