Rekon Y6 from HRLRC. Joshua Bardwell reviewed this frame last summer and opined that its main purpose was to be something unique, something different.

I have built scores 2, 3, 3.5, 5, and 7 inch quads but I wanted to build something different. The Rekon Y6 really grabbed my attention when I saw the frame at RaceDayQuads.

I ordered the HGLRC SPECTER F722 6-in1 AIO since that is what the Rekon Y6 was designed around. It was $89 on Amazon. It came with BetaFlight 4.4.3 but since I was planning a long range hexacopter, I wanted to take full advantage of BetaFlight 4.5.1. I was suprised to find that BetaFlight had the HGLRC SPECTER F722 and it updated without a hitch.

Since the AIO needed to be mounted with the USB C facing forward with the power cord facing back, and it need to be mounted upside down since it mounts to the frame top plate. That means the motors needed to be remapped.

I decided to use DJI O4 Air Unit Pro. The air unit itself is smaller than the O3, so although they included TPU for DJI 03, I was able to use the smaller TPU canopy. The DJI 04 Pro camera did not fit in the TPU canopy for DJI 03 without doing some cutting in the TPU. HGLRC responded to my request for 3D print files by sending a link to a Google Drive which included a DJI 04 camera canopy. See the link below.

Assembly is straight forward, but there are a couple of assembly gotchas: install the AIO/Stack before the front arms because the sandwiched top plates do not give access to the front stack mounting holes; also the small M2 nut at the front of the canopy needs to be in place before putting the camera in and attaching the canopy to the front standoffs.

If you decide to install a buzzer, there is no connector so make sure you solder to the AIO before mounting because the pads for the buzer are on the opposite side from all the connectors for DJI, GPS, RX, etc.

One more potential problem is the HGLC AIO uses its DJI plug for more than DJI. There is an additional wire so if you plug an standard DJI connector into the plug you run the risk of a short. A HGLC to DJI connector is included in the HGLC AIO box.

The Y6 flies very well, provided you have good stiff props and a good tune. My BetaFlight tune is a good place to start.
