This is a frame based on previous Draco7.5 design, introducing following improvements:
1, The unibody carbon plate was modified into a split sandwich structure, reducing the cost of manufacturing and replacing parts.
2,The space for placing flight control electronics has been increased, and it can now accommodate a normal 30x30 tower + receiver.
3, It is compatible with DJI O3 O4 and is designed with a foldable antenna holder to facilitate the storage of the 915 long antenna.
In general, the split structure adds some weight, but I managed to reduce it by about 20g by hollowing out the carbon plate, and the weight of the entire frame was controlled at 160g.
The takeoff weight of the whole machine without battery is 460g, mainly due to the lightweight motor and GPS.
The overall flight quality is good, but because the motor has insufficient high throttle power, the PD value in the PID needs to be raised. When using a 5000mah 6s mavic battery, the hovering current is 6.5A and the cruising current is 8~12A. When using a 6100mah 6s tb60 battery, the hovering current is 8A and the cruising current is 10~15A. Both configuration can achieve range of 25km+.
At the same time, machines with large-sized propellers are not easy to carry, so a storage box was designed. Both Draco and DracoUL can be stored in this box, and there is no need to worry about them being squeezed in express delivery or backpacks.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
