This build was created specifically to run Racekraft 5038 biblades on Rebel 2205 3000kv motors, pushing the upper limits of 5in speed. The lightweight, low-drag Roosh frame is a perfect fit. Very responsive, very punchy and very fast.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

How's this build holding up for you? Do you like running the higher kv motors on bi-blade? Most importantly how do your lipo's hold up?
The build is solid. I was running the biblades for efficiency reasons at high kv and getting 2 minutes on 1300mah, 2:30ish on 1550 mah, but have since switched over to T-Motor F40iii 2750kv running Dal Cyclone 5046 triblades and get more grip in turns so I can hold my line a little better. As far as lipos... I'm using Pulse 1550 HV batteries and getting about 2:30 out of them.. Coming down around 3.75v per cell.
