So this bad boy is a dialed back 3s version of my Viper 3" RS. While I totally love smashing the park on the 4s RS I don't have the skills to race the thing it's just too bloody fast. Enter the GT spec built around the same airframe and avionics and using the pretty awesome and dirt cheap HGLRC 1407 flame motors. If it flys as well as the RS but I can get it around the track then it'll be an awesome kwad. If I did want to take it to 4s the only things that needs changing are the main power leads ( to 16g and xt60 ) and adding a nice fat cap to the power leads.

update. got it out for a few packs before the it got to hot hit morning and its just what i need. i stated with the same tune as the RS and its pretty dam close. much easier to fly on the deck and its actually pretty good on the batteries too unlike the 4s RS with the brother hobby 4100kv motors
