The creator of this frame (kababfpv) says that this frame is tough enough for freestyle since the builds are potentiallly around 250g. What is your experience with the durability of this frame and how well does it protect its components (specifically the motors)? Iv had a bad experience with my qavx clone with breaking motors and want to transfer my components over in the near future if it is as durable as kababfpv says
I fly hard and fast, 96% of flight is gate flying. So i have clipped, direct hit and rolled into plenty of gates at ~62 degree tilt and i have to break anything. I have also had luck it seems with motors not being damaged. Dont forget this is a minimalist design for saving weight... so things are going to have much higher potentional of being damaged but that being said, its a beast! Dont buy this and expect this to withstand crash after crash...thats why arms are 5 for 10$...
