Slim & cheap micro size quad, not much of a racer but still pretty fun for the rainy days. It's based on the Eachine E013 with unknown FC and the original remote, but you can get used to it aswell. Battery and the FPV camera mounted on the bottom so that I don't get propeller guards in the view.

A few modifications I did to reduce weight and improve performance:

  • removal of the protective case (- weight)
  • frame swap to e010s (- weight)
  • camera moved to the bottom part of the drone (- clear view)
  • props changed to 3 blade (- weight)
  • batteries 260mAh 45C instead of 220mAh 30C (+ power)

I like your camera mount position but I would angle it upward for faster flight.

Yes, I glued it a bit too much downward. When cruising it's allright, but not at all when pushing the limits of this small quad.

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
