Made an endurance wing for the Mini QBiT! I am able to get ~11 minute flights with efficient type of forward flight. I expect this is about a 40% improvement over standard quad flight times of 8 minutes at the same scale, weight, and battery choice.

Flight video:

FPV is great, but it is also a super fun and unique craft to fly visual line of sight, it acts like a very responsive airplane able to turn on a dime and do yaw turns super easily.

I also found some interesting stability effects regarding the rotor and wing interactions, which I explain at the end of the video.

Weight: 248 grams

Frame parts, .stl files, and more information are available on https://www.miniqbit.com/ if you'd like to try building your own!

With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
