Here is one way to squeeze DJI O4 Air Unit Pro camera into NewBeeDrone StingerBee HD frame in a way that keeps the Pro camera fully protected within the frame.
I used the "StingerBee 4S BNF ELRS 2.4G + GPS (No VTX) By NewBeeDrone" BNF, so the only novelty here is making the DJI O4 Pro camera fit along with all the TPU parts that you can find under one of my MakerWorld profiles: https://makerworld.com/en/@BL.Print and my DJI O4 Pro StingerBee collection: https://makerworld.com/en/collections/4655279
By creating and re-mixing TPU parts I moved the camera as forward as possible while still between carbon side plates and also keeping the Pro camera clear from the standoffs.
I re-mixed the NewBeeDrone provided GPS mount STL so that it moves the front top standoff backwards.
Also had to remove the standoff behind the camera and got rid of the RX holder TPU. I designed a TPU tie-down instead, based on Fractal Engineering F75 design, but the RX kinda has to be showed behind the camera and barely fits there, so the tie-down may not be even needed.
I also lifted the AIO slightly by using Silicon O-rings since the wires below the AIO seemed rather squished.
There is not much room to change the camera tilt, but feel free to tinker further. I made 4 prototypes to get the best clearance and may play with the camera angle some more. Let
Printed all TPU parts in soft and stretchy Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95, 100% infill, 3 walls. Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer.
UPDATE: Designed my own O4 Pro antenna holder for improved antennas placement. Soft & stretchy TPU allows antenna mount to bend if you hit something.
Relevant pictures added and the design published under my MakerWorld "DJI O4 Pro StingerBee" collection linked above.
Build total weight without battery is 159g.
UPDATE 2: Re-designed friction fit DJI O4 Air Unit Pro camera mounts that allow changeing the O4 Pro camera angle.
As my earlier O4 camera mount for StingerBee was fixed angle and by simplifying the design, now it is possible to change the O4 Pro camera angle. 1mm soft TPU side plates keep the camera in place by friction. Instead of top screws I printed 1.8mm shafts that go into O4 Pro camera top screw holes. They keep the side plates attached to the camera sides while you slide the camera between the frame. Lower screws go in after sliding the camera in the frame and ensure that the camera does not fly away even in a hard crash.
You have to loosen all the screws on one side of the camera cage stand-offs to change the camera angle, but at least it works and there is pretty decent range in camera angle now with this mount.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
