Wanted something more crash resistant than the TPU-style toothpick builds.
Laurin from https://fpvframe.ch/ helped me out with a modified version of his new 3″ trainer quad Practix with slightly higher side plates, 20mm width (for DJI cam) and some modified TPU connectors (probably all available really soon).
Currently a tight build that requires a naked vista and slimmed down camera, the next version will accomodate everything stock.
Comes in at 115g and flies really nice on 4S 450mAh

Nice! Could you top mount the battery?
It's not intended for top mounting, but I guess theoretically you could run a strap through the top or design a TPU piece similar to the sharkfin here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4716340
