Hello!
This is my first build. After some research, I decided to go with the Hyperlow RS+ 5'' frame. It caught my eye as a pretty solid and good looking frame. It wasn't abnormally tall in height and yet seemed to pack all the parts. The 3D printed parts are a really good bonus.
I decided to rotate the ESC 90-degrees so the connector and the pads would be more easily accessible. Also this way the ESC-FC connetor wouldn't take up so much space inside. I remapped the motors in Betaflight and switched the motor direction in BLHeli_32.
Only thing I'd suggest is considering a different VTX. I had so much headache with fitting it. I tried every possible angle and position I could think of. I ended up taking off the 3rd row of standoffs (as stated on the Hyperlow website it was an option). Placed it on a 2-sided tape and used some isolation tape on the last row of standoffs. Oh, and the motors were supposed to be black as well, I made a little error choosing the colour.
Overall I'm really happy how the build turned out :)

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

Nice clean build!
I've beening flying HyperLow frames since the HyperLow 5" Modular frame.
They are pretty robust freestyle frames that can take a good beating. I personally like how you can easily alter the length of the stand-offs so the quad can be anywhere between 15-20mm tall. I would strongly recommend putting in a 1mm o-ring spacer between the rubber grommets on the T-Motor Pro 55A 4-in-1 ESC stack. Adding the spacer gives you a bit more of cushion in the event of a crash so the 4-in-1 ESC doesn't get damaged against the bottom plate in the event of a crash. One of these days I'll get around to adding my HyperLow CG and two HyperLow RS+'s on RotorBuilds.
When it comes to the vtx i went with the smaller TBS Nano32 which is the size of my thumbnail and can offer 400mw of power. Which is more than enough to fly out about 1 1/2 miles paired with my Clearview Pro GS.
Cheers, thanks for the detailed reply!
Don't think it's as clean as I'd like to have it, but pretty good for a start.
I think I could fit an additional o-ring there indeed, you can never be too safe.
Yeah, I had no previous exprience with any parts you needed to build a quad,
not to talk about a VTX. Next time I'll be a little pickier and consider things
more :D
Will be waiting for your builds and as always, have a safe flight!
