Hello

newbie i am, starting hobby with a small Hubsan X 4 so I decide to go ahead with little more serious 4copters. To do so purchase a Tyro 79 to learn more and to do my first DIY .
I had a little deception because the build was not sleek like I except, the RX ( fli14+) is outside the frame ,because too compressed between the alloy frame and the Vtx plus more other minor troubles
A custom on the machine was done, the most notifiable mod. are
electric ties (sadly not all) was replaced by thread used for sailmaker & marine upholstery; it’s very strong, very resistant to water, to UV, supporting tropical temperature and exiting in different color. But a knowledge about fisherman, sailing knots is required. the weight, depend of the quantity, is the generaly less than zipties,
Homemade(with beer's can) EMI & dust shield was realized to enclose the back of the camera, the material is fine alloy for beer can +scissor +cutter, the weight is insignificant. let see if this option is valid after fly’s test.
_ The props are T-motor 3140(set=7.84g), there was shorten to 30.8 inch to avoid to be too close especially frame in the front . 4 way out was created by sanding the Carbon’s surface. Original heavy nuts on prop was replaced too by an alloy set.

  • Batterie is Onbo 3S (80c160c)( weight 77.77g)

Before to fly the wired tyro 79 wired , serious simulator training is required . …
maiden fly done and i happy with fly times and enough power for me

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
