My first build ever. Initially i wanted to 3D print a simple frame (MHQ2) and just slap some cheap 3S-capable parts onto it, but the more i read on forums and the more videos i watched on YouTube (Hi Joshua Bardwell!), the further away i went from that original plan. At first it was only switching everything to 4S, and in the end i completely abandoned even the 3D printed frame and went with the Armattan Chameleon.
The only 3D printed parts actually used are a custom designed "back stack" for the RX and VTX, a bumper that holds an 8 LED bar (Adafruit Neopixel Stick), and a mount for the beeper that goes under/behind the FPV camera.

Looks damn good. I would go with two battery straps for those big batteries though! Would love to see a video from this aircraft.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

I really like that mount you designed for all the "guts." I'm thinking about using it myself but i was wondering if you think the frsky r-xsr receiver dimensions are 16mm×11mm×5.4mm would fit? Maybe with some vhb tape? And awesome first build by the way, it's very clean and sitting pretty! Thanks mate!
