so this the rebuild of the 210 raptor Stupid Lite
a few tweeks to the airframe and re cut the arms in 5mm to increase the strength and the stiffness over the 4mm versions. also changed out the motors cause a massive increase in power is always a good thing :D
i also designed and printed a holder for the axii
its currently running a beta version of betaflight 3.4.0 testing the early version of the casscaded dual lowpass dterm filters... Its F#@king epic.. taking care of the thing that actually causes the flight issues in a smart, simple and effective way is quite frankly brillant, also the code came from a local pilot so whats not to like.
a small amount of PID tunning and i'll be as on rails as the 2204 version but oh so much faster... some batterys are gona get hurt tomorrow #dairyFree
i have another airframe on the way.. i may rebuild the 2204 or i'll get some of the mid KV f40pro v2's and run it on 5s... most likey the latter
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

Nice!
What is dry weight? I confused by photos with 2 different scales: 234, 394g
Do you prefer separate arms in custom frame (solid body is lighter)?
234 is with out the battery.. i have both uni and seperate arm builds i think the seperate arms are easier to replace in the field when they get broken. the arms are held by only one bolt each so its real fast
oh, I see now :)
nice video and fast quad!!
thid guy is 48g with hardware, the other thing is a single peice frame in 5mm costs a lot more to make as it uses more carbon..
