Aim: HD recording, mid range 3" cruiser. No mid range tests yet - just some basic flight tests to begin with. Go to walk before you run.

So far the only change I might make is slightly lower kV motors to try get a better efficiency. If you have any suggestions let me know!
EDIT - I have made this change now - i killed the 1306 4000kv emax motors first flight!

Another update, the Caddx turtle v2. is over sharp, over bright, washed out and noisey. just terrible in general. Not sure if i need a firmware update or something but i may be swapping that out in the future.

Check out the OSD menu on the Turtle, you can make image adjustments!

i managed to find the settings and with all the image adjustments turned down a bit and sharpness down to 1 i have much much better video now :)

just took a look again and the video is still bad. i'm wondering if it records nicer in 30fps instead of 1080p60 hmmmmm

Can you show some pictures of result layout? It's so interesting... i like HobbyWing XRotor Nano and use it on my Acrobrat frame, but on Gecko i dont understand what FC i may using without problems

I can try, but the layout is tight!! The pdb with the tabs for the power make it quite difficult. I'm hoping using the new unify32(currently an old unify race!) when i get it will help get the size down. Keeping it clean is the most difficult part! this build was tight with my parts selection, which was what i had on my bench spare. i'll take some photos tonight i hope.
