My 2" build happened because i had 3s lipos lying around and i wanted to put them in use. Turned out very great, flyies smooth and fast. Unfortunately i broke arm during first flight test, still thining if i should get same frame and stack bottom plates to make it stiff or buy another frame, lovely build, but frame is so thin only 1.75mm

Heck yes, double it up! A 20g-25g frame for a brushed micro is juuuuuuuust fine. I might even sandwitch some epoxy between them to make it tankmode.
I found on BG 2.5mm replacement bottom plate, waiting for delivery now i think it should be way stiffer as original is just 1.75MM
