What can I say, 261g not the lightest of Floss 2 builds but pretty good considering the motors and the split. I'm hoping it will be fun and fast as I'm using the 2800KV version!

I'm a bit disappointed with the Tattoo AIO. It does make for a very clean build but mine will not flash so I'm stuck on 3.1.7 for now.

Done a hover test in the kitchen and it seems to have loads of power, hovers noticeably low on the stick, just waiting for some better weather for the maiden.

I'm planning on building one of these and have been scouting around for antenna mounting ideas for the same AXII UFL antenna you're using. I love the idea of these low profile mounts, but I'm concerned about covering that much of the antenna with TPU and tucking it in that close to all that carbon fiber. Have you had a chance to fly it yet and do you think your mounting solution has any affect on your video signal? Also, whose design is that?

Yep have had the maiden and all went well. I think your right in that the video is slightly compromised due to the position and type of mount I'm using for the AXii, but hay I have 800mw if I want to use it so its all good. The mount was from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2607202

You need to flash with the LuxF4OSD target. Got mine running BF 3.3.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
