The DYS F4 is easy to build with the DYS F30 4 in 1, it is only plug and play and the only soldering is the motors, VTX and the camera.

These are branded California Quads, but are manufactured by brother hobby, good KV and Flyingbear flies it.

The HS1177 is cheap for only 17.99, there are good reviews.

Fpv transmitter
The mach 2 has good a good review from Joshua Bardwell and I found it for only 18.99 which is $9 less
