This was my first ever fpv brushless build. I can't exactly take credit for building this one. I gotta give some credit to flite test for doing most the work. I originally purchased this as a kit with 1104's and the 6a esc's. It took me and a buddy forever to finally get it working. It worked for maybe a week until i crashed it, took like 30min to find it. When i found it one motor wouldnt spin. I replaced motors and esc's and eventually just sent it into flite test for them to fix it. While they were at it i asked if they'd upgrade the motors to 1106's and they put the esc's on it for free. Dont use it as much anymore but its still a fun little build to rip around with. Works pretty good indoors on 2s and rips outdoors on 3s. I did replace the nylon standoffs and skrews with some aluminum standoffs and steel bolts because they kept breaking. Dry weight is 81g.

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
