I ordered some 2035's with the parts and I had some 2040 hulkies laying around, but the 2040's rub the tips on the props?

Yes, I had the same issue. You can file the motor holes out slightly to give the props more clearance

Yes, like GZ said, it's an onboard DVR. It's the lightest way to get good video with no noise. All the videos posted above are recorded with the DVR
