For my second build i built a somewhat more expensive Quad. Not done with building yet and i run into some space problems with the softmounts but i increased the height of the frame with some nylon standoffs, so the stack would fit. I also needed to file the M2 mounting holes of the transmitter to an M3, i don't yet know if that killed it, we will see...
Edit: Done now (Actually quite some time ago). It worked out with the Nylon-standoffs, no issues so far. The only thing that got me into problems is the bad Flight Controller. The noise on the FPV-feed is pretty bad, and even a cap on the battery leads doesn't help much. Also the Accelerometer seems to be damaged since the artificial horizon shifts for no reason. A friend of mine got the same issue with the same flight controller in a totally different build. Also the softmounts are maybe a little overkill ;)
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

I think the 2 pieces that comes in the frame pack are used to add more 4mm height, like you did with those standoffs. Can you confirm?
I didn't find any standoffs that came with the Frame itself. My 4mm Nylon standoffs work fine though. I'm currenty considering to use smaller soft-mounts in order to remove the Nylon standoffs, since Betaflight 3.4/3.5 got very good filtering options now.
